About The Image
I've never seen so may Redbuds and Dogwoods. They seem to engulf the hills and fields around Alvaton. One such place is Walnut Creek near Barren River Lake. Amongst the 20 acre field are scattered hundreds of Dogwoods with dozens of Redbuds lining the fringe areas. The Dogwoods are so thick in places a huge canopy of blooms is created when all the trees reach their peak. It is truly a photographers paradise.
